Luxurious Oceanfront Villa with Panorama View and Private Pool

We were a party of 6 adults (3 couples), who without exception absolutely loved the villa. We have been to Costa Teguise many times, and this was the third sea front villa in this complex that we have rented, and all agree it was by far the best. The villa has spectacular views, and its position makes it very private and very quiet.. All the little extra touches provided in the villa add to make it a very enjoyable experience. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish, and Martin could not have been any more accommodating. It’ was very clear that they want you to have a great experience, which we did. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Familie Bärsch waren wunderbare Gäste...sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Die Villa wurde sauber und ordentlich übergeben. Wir würden Familie Bärsch jedem Vermieter empfehlen und würden begrüßen sie wiederzusehen!

Willkommen im Paradies 😍

Eine unglaublich tolle und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf den Atlantik. Wir waren zu zweit dort und haben die ruhige Lage und die tolle Unterkunft genutzt, um das Energielevel wieder aufzuladen. Man wollte gar nicht ins Restaurant gehen, da das BBQ auf der eigenen Terrasse einen einfach unbeschreiblichen Flair hatte… 😊 Das Haus war sehr sauber, sowie coronakonform desinfiziert. Der Platz im Haus hätte auch problemlos für 8 Personen gereicht… Hausmanager und Poolboy, die ab und an mal vorbei schauten, waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon sehr darauf, dieses einzigartige Ambiente bald wieder genießen zu können.

Sie waren tolle Gäste Timo! Die Villa wurde in Top Kondition verlassen. Ich würde Sie andere Vermieter sofort empfehlen.

Perfect Family Vacation

We have been coming to Lanzarote for years now, Martin´s villa is bar-none the best accommodation that we have stayed at. We loved the private pool right in front of the ocean and at night we dined to sounds of waves and went for a stroll on the promenade just in front of the garden, magical. The beds were super comfy, every room has its ensuite WC which is a treat and the living den is super comfy with big TV and all the channels when we just wanted to hang out. We run a small tour company and will be definitely be recommending this place, to top it all off Martin was super responsive and friendly and a little niggle that had to be worked out was done immediately. Top marks, many thanks and see you soon again!

Outstanding Holiday Villa!

Our family stayed at Martin’s beautiful villa for almost a month in July 2021. This was a “working holiday” taking advantage of the fact we can “work from anywhere” at the moment. The villa is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. This photos do not fully do it justice. The beds were extremely comfortable you are guaranteed as good if not a better sleep as your own bed. The WiFi was strong and reliable and allowed us to work and our son to play his PlayStation without any stress. The kitchen was very well equipped with a very good oven and a huge fridge and really allowed us to have a home from home. The utility room with washer and dryer was well used by us. The garden and private pool, with sea views are frankly breathtaking and were the central feature of a fabulous holiday. Many hours were spent gazing out at Lanzarote’s magnificent waves listening to the wind through the many palm trees along the promenade. The patio table and chairs and other outdoor furniture was fabulous. There was also a nice gas barbecue, so we did a lot of al fresco cooking and dining. The kids loved the pool day and night. There were many nights we were all in the pool with the outside lights off gazing up at the dark starry skies. We love Costa Teguise and ate out at its many fabulous restaurants. The main resort centre is around a 25 min stroll or €3 taxi. But some of the best restaurants in Costa like Navarro, Bica and No.10 Gastro bar are just 5 mins from the complex the villa is in. For shopping there is a small hiperdino close by perfect for daily essentials. For bigger shops the Lidl in Arrecife was very close by car and had a fantastic range. As we were there for so long we arranged a twice-weekly cleaning with Martin as an additional service. This was done by a fabulous lady called Saba and was well worth the extra. I felt like I was staying at an exclusive boutique hotel after she had been in and fixed all the beds and generally made everything spic and span! We are already planning when we can go back.
