Family and friends will enjoy the fine furnishings, very large kitchen with solid oak carpentry and roomy bedrooms. But really it's in the large seaside patio where most of your time will be spent gazing into the deep blue sea. In the evenings after a busy day of activities the family can get together on the wrap-around sofa and watch some movies on the 65" SMART TV. For the musically inclined why not try playing a newly learned Spanish sonata on the piano provided? Those in a more romantic mood will enjoy the wind-protected gazebo, a wonderful enclosure where one can enjoy that well-deserved cocktail.

Each bedroom is spacious with its own private ensuite bathroom and listening to the waves while you sleep is pure heaven. The entire home is for private use only. Our private pool is heated and there is also huge communal pool just a 1 minute walk away shared by everyone in the community. The community is gated for your security. Astrid and I are often in Lanzarote and are just steps away. For the times when we are back home working we have a friendly and helpful property manager who speaks several languages to help you with all you needs. We are here to care for you and your family. The promenade is only 50 steps from the end of the patio leading you towards dozens of shops and restaurants and some of the finer beaches one can find on the island. Rent a bike or scooter and really explore the area, bring your clubs and enjoy the challenging 18 hole course just 5-minute drive away or take the kids to the myriad of attractions found around the island, there simply are no shortages of things to do on the idyllic and unique island of Manrique.

Being on an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean you will have your senses delighted by the abundant choices of seafood available to you. However, Lanzarote is also famous for other culinary delights. What about the numerous wineries dotted about the islands? Or the infamous ‘papas arrugadas’ (wrinkled baby-potatoes) and accompanying ´mojo´ sauce? Who would have thought that on such a, (relatively), small island one could come across such a rich history of cuisine? This is the magic of Lanzarote, just when you thought you’ve discovered it all there is something just around the corner to test your senses. Hiking is plentiful, nature parks, golf, wind/kite surfing, snorkelling, amusement parks...the list of activities is limitless.
